Hi, my name is Mia. I am a graduate student at Dallas Theological Seminary, where I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling. I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology at the Warsaw University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Poland. Afterward, I gained years of experience working in a clinical center for psychological assessment at a psychiatric hospital in Beijing. In 2018, I moved to the United States to pursue a Master’s degree in Global Health Delivery at Harvard Medical School in Boston.

I sincerely believe in the power of a warm and supportive relational climate in the counseling process and hold that every person has the potential for growth. Counseling, to me, is not about offering my answers to your life, but about holding a safe and accepting space where you are heard, seen, and valued. In this space, you are encouraged to explore and honestly reflect on yourself.

I trust that you are capable, creative, and resourceful in discovering your own unique ways of interacting with the ebb and flow of life. My role as a counselor is to walk alongside you—listening with empathy, responding with authenticity, and offering my presence. It is within this climate of safety and genuine connection that healing and transformation can naturally unfold.

This process is simple in principle but not always easy in practice. It requires courage to look inward with honesty, to embrace vulnerability, and to remain open to new possibilities. Therefore, I consider it a sacred privilege to hold this space for you and to journey with you toward deeper connection, congruence, resilience, and growth.
